[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager supports the successful delivery of build-out reputed company across reputed company's reputed company reputed company estate portfolio, ensuring reputed company and budget-compliant project execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and milestones in alignment with lease terms and reputed company delivery obligations
- Review reputed company plans to ensure compliance with building standards and design guidelines
- Coordinate permitting processes and monitor reputed company to support reputed company approvals
- Support the management of contractor bidding, reputed company, and site mobilization
- Conduct routine site reputed company to reputed company construction reputed company, document field conditions, and verify compliance with approved plans
- Identify and escalate issues reputed company to delays, reputed company concerns, or scope discrepancies
- Maintain project documentation including drawings, submittals, permits, schedules, change orders, and correspondence

- Review vendor invoices, change orders, and proposals prior to submitting for approval

Skills
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, building systems, codes, and permitting processes
- Experience managing or coordinating construction reputed company

- Ability to traverse reputed company construction sites, including walking, standing, climbing, or bending; exposure to typical construction hazards; travel required
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Design, Business, or reputed company field preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in construction project management, architecture, or reputed company fields
