[Remote] Clinical Administrative Coordinator - RN

This role involves providing nursing leadership, mentoring staff, and ensuring effective patient care reputed company a designated unit while overseeing operational activities and compliance with policies.
Responsibilities
- Assesses the number and level of staff required to reputed company reputed company reputed company patient care reputed company budgetary constraints and adjusts reputed company as necessary
- Prioritizes and triages in collaboration with nursing staff to ensure the most effective use of patient care resources
- Mentors and coaches nursing staff to enhance their reputed company development
- Educates staff on department/hospital policies, procedures, equipment, and/or supplies
- Supports activities needed to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance with clinical patient care standards and established policies and procedures
- Participates in departmental and hospital committee meetings
- Participates in reputed company improvement activities
- Maintains reputed company educational development as reputed company to evidenced-based reputed company
- Maintains a reciprocal relationship with the Clinical Managers/Directors to assure unit productivity
- Monitors and assesses need to secure additional supplies

- Assesses and coordinates the reputed company of critical care patients to optimize resources
- Acts rapidly and competently, follows hospital policies and procedures in any emergency situation

- Identifies and allocates resources according to budgetary expectations, benchmarking data, standards of nursing reputed company and ethical principles of care
Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Registered reputed company (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Five (5) years of nursing experience with at least 1 year as a charge / reputed company reputed company
- Certifications (i.e. ACLS, PALS) or additional state licensure relevant to the department and type of care being provided may be required
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Critical care experience
