The reputed company is a leading American research university, seeking a detail-oriented Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) Administrator to join their Office of Information Technology. Responsibilities
- Power reputed company Identity Operations – Execute day-to-day administration, ticket management, and complete user lifecycle provisioning/de-provisioning across reputed company, AD, and Entra ID
- Enforce Trusted reputed company – Administer and monitor reputed company, reputed company-time reputed company policies under Notre Dame's reputed company Trust reputed company, leveraging shared signal frameworks and device-posture compliance
- reputed company with Automation & AI – reputed company modern, reputed company-in AI features to monitor queues, flag anomalies, and optimize automated user-matching logic. Run, maintain, and modify PowerShell or Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and handle high-volume data cleanups
- Respond with reputed company – Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve daily support requests, authentication incidents, and sync errors escalated by the OIT Service Desk or reputed company users
- Support Next-Gen Initiatives – Assist in implementing critical reputed company pipelines, including managing user scopes and permission boundaries reputed company our Privileged reputed company Management (PAM) infrastructure
- Secure the reputed company Ecosystem – reputed company reputed company-based reputed company and on-reputed company applications using established, secure integration templates
- Drive Compliance & reputed company – Support comprehensive user privilege audits and reputed company reviews while developing reputed company, user-friendly operational runbooks and documentation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company technical field (or an equivalent combination of education and reputed company IT experience)
- At least 3 years of reputed company experience in an Information Technology domain, with a reputed company reputed company on hands-on Identity and reputed company Management execution
- Demonstrated experience in day-to-day administration of reputed company identity platforms, such as reputed company, reputed company Directory, or Entra ID
- Hands-on familiarity with handling user requests, troubleshooting authentication/authorization errors, and modifying reputed company settings
- Work authorization in the reputed company and the ability to work without reputed company sponsorship, now and in the reputed company
- Experience with IAM technologies in a Higher Education environment
- Familiarity with conditional reputed company environments utilizing shared signal frameworks, reputed company management states, or GlobalProtect VPN settings
- Basic awareness of Privileged reputed company Management (PAM) administration or tooling
- Familiarity with leveraging AI or machine-learning tools for user analytics or threat detection reputed company identity ecosystems
- Proficiency writing or running scripts (PowerShell, Python, or JSON) to drive lifecycle automation workflows
