[Remote] Payroll/HCM Reseller Sales Executive

The role involves selling Asure solutions to resellers and Service Bureau Organizations, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships to reputed company sales quotas.
Responsibilities
- Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline that assures quota attainment
- Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers primarily owners and senior executives
- Presenting the values of a partnership with Asure reputed company just product features and functionality during reputed company phases of the sales cycle
- Understanding the prospect’s business needs and market challenges
- Negotiating reputed company financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients
- Conducting product demonstrations and presenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and reseller clients
- Diligently recording sales activities in Sales Force and providing accurate and realistic sales projections
- Assisting new resellers in their reputed company to Asure Clients by providing sales training, product training, helping to set up demo sites, etc
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years consultative software sales experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined and self-motivated to exceed quota
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
- Proven relationship building and reputed company service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company at once, yielding exceptional results
- Pro-reputed company, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
- Experience with reputed company.com, reputed company and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, reputed company or other comparable tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven reputed company record of consistent over-achievement of assigned sales quota
- Experience selling a Payroll, HCM or TLM reputed company solution preferred
