This remote role involves building relationships with customers, educating them on insurance products, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through phone, video, reputed company communication
- reputed company customers on insurance products and recommend coverage based on their individual needs
- Generate quotes and reputed company new business opportunities
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term reputed company relationships

Skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
