Responsibilities
- Conduct labor market analyses across a global scope
- Dive deep into reputed company workforce data to uncover trends and opportunities
- Translate reputed company business challenges into technical solutions
- Consult with stakeholders and present insights that drive reputed company
- Collaborate with our reputed company-thinking analytics team that values curiosity, reputed company, and innovation
- Conduct labor market analyses, including external benchmarking, internal segmentation, and workforce planning
- Analyze labor market trends in support of site-, division-, and company-level reputed company initiatives for global locations
- Use various tools and techniques, such as descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, data visualization, etc
- Collaborate and consult with various stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities

Skills
