[Remote] HSN Customer Service Specialist -2nd Shift

The Customer Service Specialist supports HSN by answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, and promoting products while maintaining a high-paced call volume.
Responsibilities
- Handle a busy day handling a high volume of our inbound customer inquiries
- Offer additional products on reputed company customer interaction
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller
- Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data
- Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire reputed company Group family of brands
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
- Work a set full-time schedule, work schedules are not Monday - Friday
- Set work schedule will include weekend requirement
Skills
- 12 months or more of customer service experience
