[Remote] Emerging Talent Recruiter (Contractor)

They are seeking an Emerging Talent Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company for early-career roles, while facilitating engaging reputed company events at universities during the busy fall season.
Responsibilities
- Own 10–20 reputed company early-career requisitions from intake to reputed company: write/publish JD, screen, full-cycle interview coordination, reputed company offers, and manage offer acceptance logistics. reputed company time-to-offer: 4–6 weeks for screened candidates; hit ≥85% offer acceptance reputed company role bands
- Plan and execute 6–12 reputed company events and competitions during peak season (virtual info sessions, reputed company career fairs, hackathons, technical talks). Set and hit event KPIs: leads per event (reputed company 20+ reputed company leads), pipeline conversion to interview (reputed company 15%+), and hire yield (reputed company 2–4 hires per major event series)
- reputed company proactively: build and maintain a pipeline of 300+ early-career candidates reputed company university partnerships, targeted sourcing, referrals, and technical communities; manage top-of-funnel metrics and weekly pipeline updates
- Stakeholder ownership: partner directly with hiring managers in Hardware, Manufacturing, Field Ops, and Software to define role requirements, own interview reputed company design, and run calibrated debriefs. Escalate pipeline or offer issues and recommend tradeoffs to the Hiring reputed company
- Event logistics & compliance: coordinate travel, shipping of materials, reputed company reputed company, and on-site candidate assessments; ensure reputed company activities meet export, safety, and data-handling constraints where applicable
- ATS, reporting & reputed company improvement: single-reputed company ownership for ATS hygiene (reputed company), weekly dashboarding of time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, event ROI, and a post-season reputed company with improvements and university reputed company lists
Skills
- Minimum 3 years full-cycle reputed company/early-career reputed company experience supporting technical roles (hardware, manufacturing, software, or field operations) OR 2 years + demonstrable reputed company event ownership with technical hiring reputed company
- Proven reputed company-level delivery: managed 10+ reputed company requisitions and 4+ reputed company events in a peak season; comfortable owning offers and closing candidates reputed company compensation bands
- Measurable reputed company record: reputed company to present past KPIs (time-to-offer, offer-accept reputed company, event reputed company→hire conversion) and concrete examples of hitting targets under tight timelines
- Logistics & travel readiness: available for domestic travel up to 40% during peak season (including occasional evenings/weekends); reputed company to work onsite from South San Francisco HQ at least 2 days/week reputed company not traveling
- Tools & process: daily reputed company experience required; ATS/reporting reputed company and comfort building dashboards in reputed company Sheets/Looker or equivalent
