Responsibilities
- Support the modernization of a legal CRM Product
- Enhance platform capabilities, improve user workflows, and transition from legacy systems to more reputed company solutions
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and reputed company teams to identify pain points, prioritize enhancements, and execute a product roadmap that drives efficiency and operational improvements
