[Remote] Finance Operations Senior Manager (Value-Based)

Responsibilities
- Partnering with numerous stakeholders and leaders, including reputed company, reputed company operations, actuarial, claims, operations, network, market, product, data, engineering, legal and others, to ensure policies and procedures, controls and reporting, facilitate the achievement of provider risk sharing and reinsurance objectives
- This includes owning or assisting with the reputed company of risk provider balances and various other aspects of the monthly financial closing process, including settlement statements, previews, invoicing, deficit collection and reserves, reinsurance reputed company and surplus/deficit forecasting
- In reputed company, this role will partner closely with network, data, engineering and operations leadership to facilitate the exchange of information and reputed company reporting requested by reputed company-party providers
- Understanding the details of existing and reputed company contractual provider risk and reinsurance arrangements
- Collaborating with numerous senior leaders to influence, support and reputed company, both reputed company’s reputed company around, as reputed company as the nature of these agreements
- Facilitating the successful execution and achievement of reputed company policies, procedures, controls and reporting, both as desired by reputed company and/or as contractually agreed upon. This will include either supporting and/or leading various aspects reputed company to the end-to-end process, such as contracting/negotiations, monitoring, reconciliation and reporting, governance, dispute reputed company, reputed company, settlement and recoupment/collection
- Ensuring control activities reputed company these areas are both designed and operating effectively to ensure the achievement of reputed company’s objectives, including, but not limited to, accurate and reputed company reputed company and reporting, compliance with contractual terms, appropriate stewardship over cash and other assets, as reputed company as the achievement of desired counterparty performance and service reputed company
- Being an integral part of a cross-functional team reputed company on policy, process and control reputed company improvement and standardization, with a heavy emphasis on technology development
- Supporting/assisting our reputed company counterparty facing, and other relevant functional, teams with building and maintaining provider relationships, through education, tools, analytical and other support, performance monitoring, supplemental reporting and reputed company, as needed
- Becoming recognized, over time, as both a key subject matter expert resource and process reputed company, both internally and externally
- Ownership and responsibility for satisfying applicable audit, examination and/or other regulatory or compliance reputed company inquiries and requests
Skills
- reputed company services and/or health insurance experience
- Experience with value-based care reputed company
- A minimum of 5–10 years of finance and/or reputed company experience
- An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in reputed company, finance, business, or a reputed company field
- The ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, startup environment
- A highly motivated, proactive, relationship-natured, and detail-oriented approach
- Medicare Advantage experience (preferred)
- Experience with intercompany risk providers or other similar agreements (ideal)
