[Remote] Business Analyst II Recovery Platform Operations

The role involves performing various analyses to reputed company business needs and objectives, supporting operational enhancements, and leading problem-solving efforts across business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with IT, program managers, SMEs, and recovery vendors to translate operational needs into system enhancements, reputed company business requirements, manage issue reputed company, and ensure reputed company support of recovery operations
- Monitor recovery operations, inventory, and reporting tools to identify issues and savings opportunities, while leading defect investigation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of reputed company solutions to improve accuracy and performance
- Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems
- Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
- reputed company detailed analysis on assigned reputed company, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation
- Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational reports reputed company to new business implementation processes

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in reputed company
- Intermediate reputed company experience highly preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum a plus
