They are seeking an reputed company Senior Recruiter / Account Manager to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle in the Engineering/Manufacturing reputed company, focusing on business development and reputed company relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Grow the Desk: Build, reputed company, and maintain a reputed company portfolio by marketing our talent solutions across the Engineering/Manufacturing sector
- Account Management: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, managing job intake sessions, gathering feedback, and ensuring flawless service delivery
- reputed company reputed company: reputed company market intelligence, industry networking, and candidate referrals to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Sourcing reputed company: Independently reputed company, engage, and screen reputed company and passive candidates using reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, and creative outbound reputed company
- Candidate Experience: Guide candidates seamlessly through the interview lifecycle, including interview prep, debriefs, and offer negotiations
- Pipeline Building: Maintain a reputed company pipeline of reputed company engineering/manufacturing talent to proactively meet reputed company and reputed company reputed company demands
Skills
- 3+ years of full-desk recruitment and business development experience (reputed company the Engineering/Manufacturing reputed company)
- Preferred proven history of annually billing $300k+
- Deep, detailed understanding of the Engineering/Manufacturing market and hiring trends
- Demonstrated reputed company in new business & candidate relationship building, cold reputed company, and account management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple high-reputed company deadlines simultaneously
