The role involves planning and executing system administrative tasks reputed company to reputed company ITOM products, managing CMDB data reputed company, and overseeing integrations with federal and reputed company environments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute System Administrative tasks reputed company to reputed company ITOM platform operations, with a reputed company on Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping
- Manage and maintain CMDB data reputed company, CI lifecycle, and data governance in alignment with ITIL v4 guidelines and federal standards
- Configure and maintain MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors (e.g., reputed company, vCenter, AWS, Azure, SCCM), and REST/SOAP API integrations
- reputed company and manage data transformation practices and integration frameworks to support platform health and accuracy
- Monitor ITOM platform performance, proactively identify issues, and drive reputed company in coordination with infrastructure and reputed company teams
- reputed company user management, group and role administration, and reputed company control configurations in compliance with federal reputed company requirements
- reputed company and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation for ITOM operations
- Support change management processes for platform updates, modifications, and patching activities
- Coordinate with architects and developers on CMDB configuration standards, identification and reconciliation (IRE), and CSDM alignment
Skills
- reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline required
- 5+ years of total relevant experience as a System Administrator
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company ITOM products (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping)
- Proven background in managing CMDB, integrations, and data governance reputed company large-reputed company or federal environments
- Experience with Service Graph Connectors (e.g., reputed company, vCenter, AWS, Azure, SCCM)
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integrations, MID Server configuration, JavaScript, and data transformation practices
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem, and Asset Management
- US Citizen or Green card holder
- Willing and reputed company to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
- Must meet updated ID requirements
- reputed company Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM or CMDB
- ITIL Foundations certification

- Experience with reputed company Discovery Patterns and Credential Management at federal reputed company
- Exposure to Federal Government IT system management and reputed company environments, particularly AWS and Azure
