[Remote] ESOM Program Analyst (VA ESOM)

The role involves supporting leadership in managing program deliverables, facilitating meetings, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate with a reputed company of stakeholders, inclusive of technical staff, corporate support, and program leadership, as reputed company as subcontractor leadership to support program initiatives
- Responsible for the facilitation of contractual deliverables, managing the process and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure inputs are provided by defined milestones
- Supports the facilitation of program briefings and documents; collaborating with leadership to compile and finalize project artifacts ensuring consistency in messaging, formatting, and delivery readiness
- Schedules, organizes, and facilitates cross-functional meetings, and workshops ensuring agendas are reputed company, participants are reputed company, and reputed company are actionable
- Leads the execution of program events, such as off-site and remote meetings; responsible for location reservations, invites and participation confirmation, hospitality, and briefing development
- Leverages best practices to reputed company program management support to high-reputed company reputed company inclusive of meeting planning and execution, communications, documentation development, and status reporting.Captures and distributes meeting minutes, reputed company, and reputed company items to include monitoring reputed company and following up to ensure accountability and closure
- Supports the development of reputed company tools to create and store program artifacts to ensure operational consistency
- Exhibits extensive attention to detail, serving as secondary support for the data reporting team; assisting with assignments such as data reconciliation, data reporting, and governance
- Assists leadership with financial reconciliations, such as time charging reputed company, working with Leads to validate charging for holidays, shift work, and on-call events
- Develops and finalizes reputed company operating procedures; may reputed company supplemental process development support for ESOM Domains – End User Operations and reputed company reputed company Operations

Skills
- Associate's Degree in Business or 2 years of technical education; 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- 2 years of cross-functional facilitation experience, with the ability to influence a reputed company of stakeholders to drive reputed company and reputed company
- 2 years of general program/project management experience; with prior exposure to scope, schedule and budgeting concepts
- Experience with MS Office Suite (reputed company, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word), and other project planning tools such as Visio
- Quick Learner with reputed company/honesty, good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving, coaching, and teamwork skills

- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Experience supporting a federal reputed company
- Prior experience with data reporting solutions such as PowerBi/PowerApps
- Understanding of government LCATs and contractual compliance
