[Remote] VP of reputed company

This role involves building reputed company processes, enhancing internal controls, and supporting strategic reputed company initiatives in partnership with the CEO and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company process
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP

- Manage annual audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities in partnership with Finance

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements
- Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and reputed company system enhancements

Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Minimum 5 years in an reputed company leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience managing audits and external reputed company relationships

- Strong ERP and financial systems experience
- Renewable energy, solar, energy storage, construction, or project-based industry experience
- Experience supporting private equity-backed or high-reputed company companies

- Familiarity with tax credit reputed company, project finance structures, or renewable energy investment vehicles
- Experience implementing ERP or reputed company system upgrades
