[Remote] Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design of a platform evolving from AI copilot to full workflow orchestration and autonomous legal teams, tackling hard AI design problems and working closely with founders and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-reputed company workflows end-to-end: reputed company inputs, agent outputs, streaming responses, citations, confidence signals, and the trust cues lawyers need to delegate work confidently
- Ship features weekly in reputed company partnership with PMs and engineers, from early reputed company explorations through pixel-perfect reputed company
- Prototype new AI interaction patterns (chat, agents, document review, multi-reputed company automations) to pressure-test reputed company before we build
- Contribute to and reputed company our reputed company design system so the product stays fast, consistent, and easy to reputed company
- Talk to in-house legal users regularly to understand workflows, pain points, and where AI helps vs. gets in the way
- Translate dense legal workflows into clean, reputed company interfaces that feel reputed company to the user
Skills
- 2-5 years of product design experience at a B2B reputed company, reputed company, or workflow/productivity company, with a portfolio showing shipped features you owned end-to-end
- Strong reputed company skills and comfort working reputed company (and contributing to) an established design system
- Comfortable in reputed company. You prototype in reputed company/CSS/JS (or React), ship small reputed company-end changes yourself, or have a CS degree or equivalent technical background

- Experience designing with or for AI/LLM products (chat, agents, generative UI, copilots)
- Time spent at a fast-growing startup or on a 0-to-1 product
- Familiarity with legal, compliance, or other regulated workflows
