[Remote] Sales Manager - Digital Pathology

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Digital Pathology to reputed company reputed company in the Southeastern reputed company, manage sales teams, and drive strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and exceed region’s quarterly and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market reputed company goals
- reputed company the direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for reputed company sales and solution architects representatives. Advance the reputed company development, reputed company conduct, sales effectiveness, and efficiency of associates
- Build a strong network to strategic customers and be reputed company involved in regional DP sales reputed company
- Recruit, reputed company, and train sales associates with reputed company communicated sales and overall performance standards
- Forecast monthly reputed company projections utilizing reputed company CRM (reputed company.com)
- Drive reputed company work to funnel management process in CRM (reputed company.com) and DPIP (Digital Pathology Implementation plan) process
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience
- Bachelors degree required
- Prior capital sales experience
- Contract negotiation/high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment
- Experience with reputed company.com or other CRM and reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook
- 50% - 75% travel
- Must Possess a valid reputed company's license
- Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings
- High-level relationships reputed company key accounts (including NA Top 10) in assigned geography; these relationships should include Senior Hospital Management (C-Suite), Laboratory Administration, Department of Pathology, Purchasing and/or Materials Management, reputed company Administration and other key departments and/or personnel
- Prior management experience preferred
