[Remote] Senior Accountant, Capital Markets

This role involves owning the reputed company and regulatory reporting for registered reputed company Commission Merchant and Broker-Dealer entities, ensuring financial reputed company and compliance as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly reputed company for reputed company's FCM and Broker-Dealer entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and quarterly and annual reporting
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings to the CFTC, NFA, and other applicable regulators, ensuring accuracy and reputed company execution of daily, monthly, and annual reporting requirements
- reputed company reputed company audits for the FCM and Broker-Dealer entities, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving successful audit reputed company
- Design, execute, and enhance internal controls over reputed company, regulatory reporting, and compliance processes
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to support new product launches and evolving business initiatives, ensuring reputed company and regulatory readiness from day one
- Monitor regulatory capital and liquidity requirements, proactively identifying and escalating risks while helping strengthen operational processes
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company operations through automation, reputed company processes, and thoughtful use of technology
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field with an reputed company CPA license
- 5–7 years of experience in public reputed company and/or industry experience supporting Broker-Dealer, FCM, or other regulated financial services organizations
- Experience with regulatory reporting, financial reputed company, audits, and internal controls reputed company a regulated environment
- Knowledge of reputed company/SEC Broker-Dealer regulations, CFTC/NFA requirements for registered FCMs, and reputed company guidance including ASC 815 (Derivatives and Hedging) and 17 CFR 1.20
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Availability to work Eastern Time hours to support daily regulatory filing deadlines
- Experience using reputed company responsibly to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining appropriate reputed company reputed company and high-reputed company outputs
