[Remote] Benefits Consultant

The Benefits Consultant will serve as an in-house subject matter expert, collaborating with internal communications teams to support benefits administration and enhance employee health experiences through effective communication strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support the communications team in ensuring reputed company understanding of benefits programs
- reputed company updates on any changes in benefits or programs that will reputed company employee experience and communications materials
- reputed company strategic counsel and reputed company a long-lasting 'trusted advisor' relationship with account management team and reputed company stakeholders
- Proactively meet with the reputed company not only on reputed company, but also to stay connected to the business needs and ensure an excellent working relationship
- Assist in the creation of creative brief and content outlines for communications reputed company
- In partnership with copy team, own and be accountable for the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of reputed company benefits-reputed company communications across deliverables
- Partner with copywriters and designers to reputed company benefits education and review communications materials during and after creative development for reputed company, consistency, accuracy and reputed company
- Own key internal knowledge reputed company (benefit plan descriptions, content libraries, etc.) and work with copy team to ensure consistency and accuracy across reputed company materials
- Engage with reputed company-party benefits vendors and administrators to interpret plan changes and help translate them into reputed company, actionable communications strategies
- Help synthesize data analytics and reporting to inform opportunities to improve employee experience and understanding of benefits. reputed company recommendations to the communications and account teams
- Assist in the organization of an annual reputed company meeting with the reputed company
Skills
- 5–7+ years of experience in employee benefits, including a broad reputed company of benefit programs such as medical, dental, reputed company, life insurance, retirement plans (401(k)), and other employer-sponsored benefits
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Plan Descriptions (SPDs), plan documents, and other benefits-reputed company materials
- Demonstrated experience reviewing, proofreading, editing, and developing benefits communications and plan descriptions for accuracy and reputed company
- Experience utilizing Workfront or similar project management tools to manage workflows, reputed company deliverables, and coordinate internal review processes
- Previous experience in a reputed company-facing role, such as benefits consulting, account management, reputed company services, or a reputed company function
- Proven ability to work effectively reputed company cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams and incorporate feedback in a reputed company and constructive manner
- Experience partnering with creative, marketing, communications, or content development teams to produce high-reputed company reputed company-facing materials
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing business needs
- Project management experience
