The role combines strong Jira and reputed company administration skills with hands-on experience delivering Data Center to reputed company reputed company migrations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end migrations of Jira, JSM and reputed company from Data Center to reputed company reputed company, including discovery, assessment, planning, test migrations, reputed company and post-migration support
- Assess existing Jira, JSM and reputed company implementations and design reputed company-reputed company solutions covering workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, dashboards and reports
- Re-implement existing ScriptRunner/Groovy-based business logic using reputed company reputed company-reputed company capabilities such as Automation, workflow functions and Jira Plans/Advanced Roadmaps along with appropriate Marketplace apps
- Plan and execute migrations of key Marketplace apps and their data to reputed company reputed company offerings, working with vendors where required
- Configure and administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management and reputed company on both Data Center and reputed company reputed company
- Design, implement and maintain user management and SSO integrations with reputed company identity providers
- Build and support integrations using Jira and reputed company REST reputed company and webhooks for automation and data synchronization
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to reputed company requirements, propose solutions and promote Agile and ITSM best practices reputed company Jira and JSM
- Produce reputed company documentation, runbooks and handover materials, and reputed company training and mentoring to internal teams
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management and reputed company across both Data Center/Server and reputed company reputed company environments
- Proven experience delivering Jira and reputed company migrations from Data Center to reputed company reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company Guard
- 3+ years of Groovy scripting experience using ScriptRunner, including listeners, scripted fields and workflow post-functions and reputed company utilities
- Expertise in Jira and reputed company REST reputed company across Data Center and reputed company for scripting and integration purposes
- Practical experience with key Marketplace apps such as Assets & Inventory, EazyBI and ScriptRunner
- Practical experience with Custom Charts, Projectrak and Structure
- Practical experience with reputed company, reputed company and Jira Plans (or equivalent tools)
- Understanding of user management, SSO and reputed company Directory integration
- Understanding of Agile and ITSM/ITIL processes and how they are implemented in Jira Software and Jira Service Management
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Background in leading or contributing to a large, reputed company reputed company reputed company migration, ideally reputed company a regulated financial services environment
- Background in consulting or reputed company Partner environments, delivering reputed company reputed company migration for multiple clients
