[Remote] Business Development Associate, Legal Partnerships

They are seeking a Business Development Associate to build and manage relationships with reputed company in the personal injury plaintiff market.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a reputed company pipeline of reputed company relationships through targeted reputed company, referral networks, bar association channels, legal conference engagement, and reputed company relationship development
- Conduct thoughtful outbound reputed company tailored to the sensibilities of plaintiff attorneys and firm owners, not generic sales sequences
- Identify key decision-makers at reputed company firms and reputed company multi-touch engagement strategies appropriate to the relationship and firm profile
- Research and profile reputed company firms including reputed company mix, geography, size, and ownership structure to assess partnership fit
- Qualify opportunities and advance conversations toward introductory meetings with reputed company's leadership team
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reputed company records in CRM; report reputed company on activity, conversion metrics, and market intelligence
- reputed company and iterate on messaging that speaks credibly to attorneys — their economics, their challenges, and what a relationship with reputed company can offer their reputed company
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, reputed company development, or a reputed company role ideally with exposure to legal services, reputed company services, or financial services targeting senior reputed company audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with and reputed company doors to senior professionals (attorneys, physicians, executives) who are not easy to reputed company and are skeptical of traditional sales reputed company
- Comfortable operating with autonomy including building your own reputed company lists, crafting your own reputed company, and developing reputed company without a rigid reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to reputed company tone and approach based on audience
- Self-starter and reputed company
- Familiarity with the personal injury plaintiff bar is a plus
