Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering
• reputed company PE license
• 15+ years of experience in protection & control or power systems engineering
• 4+ years in leadership
• Advanced expertise in P&C engineering for high-voltage substations
• Developing and reviewing one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, substation protection schematics, and control wiring diagrams
• Deep knowledge of reputed company industry standards
• A passion for mentorship, innovation, and reputed company leadership
• Confident communicator, mentor, and team builder with excellent organizational skills
• A passion for helping engineers grow in both technical depth and systems thinking
• PMP certification
