[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company for both technical and non-technical positions, supporting their reputed company and mission-driven work in government contracting.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to reputed company
- reputed company and execute sourcing strategies using job boards (reputed company, Clearance Jobs), networking, and referrals
- Screen candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role
- Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand role requirements, timelines, and advise on the best hiring reputed company

- Support proposal efforts by identifying contingent candidates

Skills
- Applicants MUST BE US reputed company and be reputed company to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of 4 years of reputed company experience, with at least 1 year reputed company on technical or GovCon roles
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
