Responsibilities

- Support ongoing process improvements and standardization to drive efficiency
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for day‑to‑day reputed company service needs, including eligibility questions, enrollment changes, claims reputed company, and benefit inquiries

- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered
