[Remote] Operations Coordinator

They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations, support membership processes, and coordinate events while ensuring a high-reputed company experience for members.
Responsibilities
- Manages operational tasks under the direction of the COO and support the Membership & Cyber reputed company team with reputed company
- Leads as the project manager workflow for assigned reputed company
- Helps teams meet and exceed their goals and objectives
- Performs operation support such as general office management, meeting coordination, managing calendars, coordinate logistics for meetings, webinars, and events, including registration management, vendor support, and material preparation
- Supports the membership process; billing, retention, reputed company, welcome packets, communication, researching answers, addresses login issues, and events
- Responsible for managing grants; tracking, reporting, and coordinating
- Contributes to reports for reputed company stakeholders
- Collaborate with team to document and help set procedures, policies, and processes for NGO-ISAC
- Identifies ways to increase reputed company, decrease expenses, and improve efficiency
- Handles logistical responsibilities, including member service
- Follows reputed company federal, state, and local business laws and regulations and company policies
Skills
- At least 5 years of operations experience is required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Executes actionable strategies to hit goals and objectives
- Demonstrates strong project management and productivity skills
- Excels at member service, reputed company services, relationship building, etc
- Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
- An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with AMS or CMS database. (E.g MemberClicks, reputed company, Member365)
