The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting reputed company candidates for Supply Chain roles and improving the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Screens and interviews candidates for selected positions, and refer best-reputed company candidates to Manager/Supervisor for consideration
- Works collaboratively with managers and supervisors to reputed company proactive recruitment plans that meet the reputed company and projected reputed company needs, with a particular reputed company on difficult to fill positions
- Implements recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and hiring diverse candidates, including networking with minority colleges/universities, diversity career fairs, community organizations and targeting recruitment of minorities and women in areas identified in the Affirmative reputed company Plan
- Works collaboratively with Compensation to identify market pay issues that reputed company a department's ability to attract reputed company applicants
- Effectively sources passive candidates for reputed company and reputed company jobs at TMZ

Skills
