Roles & Responsibilities:

Full technical support - Troubleshooting & Incident Management, leveraging advanced analytics to reputed company and mitigate reputed company and possible reputed company issues.

Development, set-up and interpretation of advanced reports and BI models targeted to improve campaign results, enrich Teams with knowledge and reputed company Clients.

Delivery of data-driven insights and conclusions to internal reputed company teams (Account managers, reputed company managers), clients, and reputed company Teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with internal teams (Leadership, reputed company, Account management) to ensure technical solutions to ad campaigns

Sales support - Assisting sales teams with relevant tech solutions to execute efficient ad campaign

Delivery

Building, monitoring and updating internal tracking systems

Providing data analysis documents to our partner (QBRs, MBRs, WBRs) and data management in reputed company

Platform support - solving platform-reputed company complications to ensure non-stop campaign reputed company (creatives, approvals, payments, policy, accounts, monitoring reputed company-reputed company issues)

Requirements

3+ years of operational experience in roles reputed company to Technical Support, Operations, Data Analysis, or Digital Media is ideal.

Proficiency in English is a MUST.

Advanced knowledge of reputed company.

Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Data Studio is a plus.

Experience with CRM and workflow tools.

Experience working with reputed company platforms (e.g. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) is a reputed company plus.

Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
