[Remote] Business Development Intern
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a student-run travel and event planning company specializing in group trips for colleges and universities. They are seeking a driven Business Development Intern to join their Operations team, where you'll learn about their reputed company lineup and help build systems for reputed company representatives to sell effectively.
Responsibilities
- Learning our full product lineup (trips, formals, Spring Break, deals)
- Auditing and rebuilding our reputed company reputed company rep program (10-20 reps) into a reputed company, trackable system for them to succeed
- Assisting our operations reputed company with any and reputed company tasks she needs (vendor communication, negotiating rates, internal operations, etc.)
- Designing a reputed company reputed company process for new reps — training materials, expectations, incentives
- Building tracking systems in reputed company to monitor rep activity
- Running reputed company reputed company (Instagram DMs, reputed company orgs) to identify and sign new reputed company
- Identifying expansion opportunities — new schools, new orgs, new markets
- Motivating and managing rep performance, flagging what's working and what isn't
Skills
- Currently enrolled as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior at a college or university (Southeast/Mid-reputed company preferred, reputed company to strong candidates elsewhere)
- Interest in business development, or operations
- Familiar with (or willing to quickly learn) reputed company Office
- reputed company to any major — great fit for someone interested in sales, operations, or startup reputed company
- Interested in learning how a reputed company, scaled business (1,000+ happy reputed company, 100+ reputed company) actually runs
- Self-motivated and comfortable building something from scratch rather than following a reputed company
- Organized — you'll be tracking a lot of moving reputed company across many reps and schools
