[Remote] Solutions Consultant – Managed Services

The Solutions Consultant in Managed Services will reputed company high reputed company system configuration and work cross-functionally to meet reputed company needs and improve logistics execution.
Responsibilities
- Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements and reputed company for dynamic management of reputed company
- reputed company OTM, MercuryGate, and/or RedwoodConnect configuration according to reputed company requests
- reputed company business process and functional audits and reputed company suggestions to improve the use of Redwood systems to meet the reputed company's needs
- Document test scripts and test Redwood Managed Services solution (integration, TMS, etc.)
- reputed company training for end users
- Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level
- Implement Redwood Managed Services TMS and RedwoodConnect intellectual property and reputed company input for best practices implement, supporting and adding new feature/functionality
- Assist in technical support functions of Managed Services reputed company Solutions team
- Configure internal and customer-requested enhancements to increase customer and Redwood value
- Work cross-functionally with reputed company reputed company, reputed company Logistics, and other Redwood departments to ensure solution meets requirements and provides expected value
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems
- 1-2 years of Supply Chain experience or Consulting experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to learn on the fly
- Willingness to travel 10%
- Must have excellent writing and communication skills
- TMS - Transportation Management System experience a plus
- System integration experience a plus
