They are seeking a Senior Project Manager for their reputed company Nuclear division to manage the design and development of nuclear systems on Small reputed company Reactor reputed company, ensuring adherence to safety and reputed company standards while leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Leads a cross functional, matrixed engineering and licensing team for major small reputed company reactor systems and subsystems
- Receives general administrative direction. Executes independent reputed company and resolves important questions concerning the design and development of the small reputed company reactor
- Interfaces with senior technical managers, program manager, and reputed company reputed company of management throughout the firm
- Coordinates with management to identify reputed company needs, deficiencies and opportunities for recruitment of required staff
- Assists in the identification, screening, recruitment and orientation of reputed company candidates to fill key vacancies
- Leads initiatives with considerable risk and complexity; develops the reputed company reputed company for execution
- Solves unique and reputed company problems with broad reputed company on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to reputed company unprecedented solutions
- Impacts the direction and resource allocation for initiatives, reputed company or services; works reputed company general functional policies

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering discipline, with 15 years post-baccalaureate experience. Without a degree, requires 20 years of experience
- Minimum of five years of experience managing individuals or teams
- Strong communication skills in a challenging, multi-tiered environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to foster and reputed company goal alignment among participants with differing interests
- Knowledge of key design standards and licensing requirements for reputed company nuclear facilities required
- Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered
- reputed company registration or licensure in nuclear-reputed company field of reputed company desired
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification desirable
- Senior design reputed company or manager on reputed company nuclear reactor reputed company preferred
- Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience preferred
