[Remote] Program Manager - LMR Experience Required

The Program Manager will reputed company the execution of a project transitioning from an analog LMR system to a P-25 digital trunked Land Mobile Radio network, ensuring program performance, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities

- Maintain overall accountability for scope, schedule, performance, and compliance

Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in radio telecommunications
- Demonstrated delivery of at least one P-25 Digital LMR Network
- Minimum 10 years of interconnectivity experience (microwave, satellite, or fiber)
- Proven experience leading reputed company, multi-site public safety communications programs
- Experience managing technical teams and subcontractors in geographically distributed environments
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification or equivalent formal project management credential
