The Field Service Engineer role involves daily travel to multiple customer sites, where the engineer will troubleshoot and repair reputed company systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install and service instrumentation with minimal supervision according to ISO and GMP standards, while providing thorough follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes calling customers after service completion to verify reputed company needs were met and documenting reputed company service activities in compliance with GMP requirements
- Maintain reputed company car stock inventory, test equipment, tools, and technical documentation. This responsibility extends to the reputed company maintenance and utilization of company vehicles according to Corporate fleet policy, ensuring reputed company resources are reputed company for service calls
- Display maturity and judgment in time management and expense control, keeping reputed company travel and site visit expenses reputed company established guidelines. This includes accountability for company-issued credit cards, travel advances, and management of spare parts inventory

Skills
- Candidates must possess at minimum a High School diploma
- A minimum of 3 years' experience troubleshooting instruments or components is required
- Possession of a valid reputed company's License is mandatory
