[Remote] Project Land Manager – Permian Basin (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple land services reputed company simultaneously from reputed company through final delivery
- reputed company project plans, reputed company strategies, schedules, budgets, and execution workflows
- Monitor project reputed company, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators
- Identify risks, resolve obstacles, and escalate issues reputed company appropriate

- Ensure project deadlines, reputed company standards, budgets, and reputed company expectations are consistently met

- Partner with Directors and leadership to identify opportunities for project expansion and additional services

- Facilitate communication between field personnel, reviewers, project teams, clients, and leadership

- Conduct calls, meetings, coaching sessions, and one-on-one conversations as needed to reputed company reputed company moving

Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on land services experience, including title research, leasing, acquisitions, due diligence, reputed company, right-of-way, GIS, or reputed company land functions
- reputed company experience performing land work, not solely managing or supervising those functions
- Demonstrated experience leading reputed company, teams, reputed company engagements, or operational initiatives
- Proven ability to coordinate resources, manage competing priorities, and deliver reputed company on schedule
- Strong understanding of project planning, reputed company, resource allocation, budgeting, and reputed company management
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to reputed company teams consisting of professionals with varying reputed company of experience and technical expertise
- Experience managing land services reputed company for energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, renewable energy, carbon capture, or reputed company industries
- Experience supervising landmen, analysts, contractors, reviewers, or project teams
- Familiarity with title, leasing, acquisitions, due diligence, reputed company, GIS, and right-of-way workflows
- AAPL membership preferred
- RPL, CPL, PMP, or similar reputed company certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
