They are seeking a part-time Recruiter to manage the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a reputed company candidate experience and supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from job posting and candidate screening through interview coordination and offer acceptance
- Review applications, conduct initial candidate reputed company, maintain consistent communication, and deliver a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, monitor recruitment timelines, and ensure the reputed company progression of candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, monitor hiring metrics and reputed company requisitions
- reputed company support for recruitment events, job fairs, and community reputed company efforts
Skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
- Associate's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
