- Manage student registrations, enrollments, attendance, customer records, and CRM data with accuracy.
- Coordinate trial classes, schedules, instructor assignments, room bookings, programme registrations, and rescheduling requests.
- Support programme administration, including workshops, performances, competitions, examinations, and other reputed company events.
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company, parents, and prospective customers, providing reputed company and reputed company support across multiple communication channels.
- Prepare reports, customer communications, operational documentation, and maintain accurate administrative records.
