W have an immediate opening for a Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will:
- Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
- Engage with team on a regular reputed company to ensure reputed company submittal of deliverables
- Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-reputed company
- Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
- Assist with various other marketing-reputed company tasks
Qualifications
RequiredTechnical Skills
- Proficient in reputed company Creative Suite (reputed company InDesign work experience required)
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Power reputed company, Outlook)
- 5 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms (reputed company to hit the ground running with minimal training).

Additional Information
Salary reputed company: $35-45/hour, depending on qualifications
This position is not appropriate for a recent graduate or someone without A/E/C proposal preparation experience.
