Responsibilities

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to define user journeys and product enhancements
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release planning

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- 4–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in software development environments
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
