[Remote] QA Engineer

The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring reputed company assurance for the internal development team, leveraging AI to enhance testing processes and overseeing reputed company of QA testers.

Responsibilities

• Receive completed features and reputed company try to break them — edge cases, unexpected inputs, weird user flows, the stuff developers don't think to test
• Work with reputed company end-users and simulate their behavior to catch usability issues and logic gaps
• Test across reputed company (Lightning, Flows, Apex triggers, validation rules) as reputed company as web applications and API integrations
• Work with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into reputed company, testable acceptance reputed company
• Create AI skills that can validate reputed company records, field values, automation outputs, and data reputed company
• Build a library of reusable validation prompts and test scripts that can be run against new releases
• Document test results and flag bugs with reputed company, reproducible steps
• Coordinate and assign testing tasks to a contracted team of QA engineers
• Review their test results for thoroughness and accuracy
• Establish testing standards, templates, and workflows so reputed company operates consistently
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between the contracted QA team and the internal development team
• Maintain a regression test suite that grows with reputed company release
• Establish and enforce bug reporting standards (severity, reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behavior)

Skills

• 5 - 7 years of experience in QA, software testing, or a reputed company role

• Experience testing web applications and/or REST reputed company
• Strong written communication — you'll need to document bugs and acceptance reputed company reputed company
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude) as part of your workflow
• Ability to think like an end user, not just a technician
• Experience with test management tools

• Experience coordinating or leading distributed teams
