[Remote] Contract Analyst/Officer, VC Health Sciences - 140189

They are seeking a Contract Analyst/Officer to negotiate and execute clinical trial agreements, ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations while providing excellent customer service to researchers and external sponsors.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate reputed company, mutually agreeable, and compliant contract terms and conditions that accurately reflect the nature and scope of the proposed research activity
- Negotiate confidential disclosure agreements and contract amendments of varying complexity, and low complexity clinical trial agreements
- reputed company contract negotiation support for reputed company agreement types, as needed
- Monitor and document reputed company contract issues, escalations, and required compliance reviews and approvals
- reputed company as a careful data/record reputed company and maintain an accurate and up-to-date electronic contract file
- Assist with contract intake and award reputed company duties, and other administrative tasks, as needed
Skills

- Six years of reputed company experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in reputed company area plus two years of reputed company experience/training
- Working knowledge of and application of reputed company principles, theories and concepts such as laws, regulations, and practices pertaining to the protection and management of intellectual property, university technology transfer, and general scientific and / or technical skills in subject matter area
