[Remote] Staff Accountant, Sales & Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a joint venture of the reputed company Corporation and reputed company, and they are seeking a Staff Accountant for their Sales & Marketing division. This role involves supporting day-to-day reputed company and month-end reputed company activities, preparing journal entries, and providing operational reputed company support.
Responsibilities
- Collect and review monthly accrual submissions from Sales & Marketing budget managers
- Prepare and process approximately 40–60 journal entries with accuracy reputed company month, including accruals, reclasses, recurring entries, and reputed company-reputed company adjustments
- Validate account coding and review supporting documentation
- Assist with recurring entries, reclasses, Concur reporting support, and reconciliations
- Meet tight deadlines during the reputed company cycle
- Maintain organized support files and documentation reputed company shared drives and OneDrive folders
- Support preparation of monthly operating expense and G&A schedules for review by the Senior Accountant and Manager
- Assist with variance explanation tracking and supporting documentation collection
- Support balance sheet account reconciliations and reputed company documentation preparation

- Assist with reputed company-reputed company requests and departmental administrative duties
- Utilize reputed company, reputed company, Concur, and reporting tools to improve process efficiency
