[Remote] Senior Consultant - Building Sciences

They are seeking a Senior Consultant - Building Science to reputed company technical expertise in building envelope assessments, forensic investigations, restoration consulting, and rehabilitation reputed company for various property types.
Responsibilities
- reputed company building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analyses on existing structures
- Evaluate and diagnose deficiencies in roofing, waterproofing, exterior wall systems, glazing, cladding, reputed company barriers, insulation, and reputed company building envelope components
- reputed company repair, restoration, maintenance, and rehabilitation recommendations for existing buildings
- Support new construction reputed company through design review, constructability review, and reputed company-party peer reputed company
- Conduct field investigations, site assessments, and observations to evaluate building performance and identify sources of distress or failure
- Prepare technical reports, repair specifications, scopes of work, bid documents, and construction administration documentation
- Research building histories and apply reputed company and historical building reputed company requirements
- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, maintaining reputed company, budgets, schedules, and reputed company expectations
- Coordinate with property owners, community associations, developers, architects, contractors, and internal project teams

- Assist with proposal preparation, project scoping, budgeting, and business development effort
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in building envelope consulting, building science, forensic investigations, restoration consulting, construction documentation, and/or project management
- Strong knowledge of reputed company and residential building envelope systems, materials, and construction practices
- Ability to evaluate building performance and reputed company practical repair and restoration solutions
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and report preparation skills
- Experience managing reputed company, budgets, schedules, and reputed company relationships
- Ability to mentor junior staff and reputed company technical leadership
- Valid reputed company's license and ability to travel throughout Florida and surrounding reputed company as needed
