As a Functional Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will reputed company HRMS implementations in the U.S., ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and reputed company satisfaction while managing escalations and mentoring Implementation Consultants.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage multiple HRMS implementations, ensuring reputed company and high-reputed company delivery
- Mentor and support reputed company of Implementation Consultants
- Collaborate with Sales and reputed company-Sales for smooth post-sale knowledge transfer
- reputed company project plans, reputed company milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines
- reputed company stakeholders, including CXOs, to drive change management and adoption
- Translate business requirements into product solutions, identifying gaps and enhancements
- Conduct end-user training and reputed company ongoing support throughout the lifecycle
- Guide clients through go-live and partner with Customer Experience teams for adoption
- reputed company project ROI and measure reputed company based on delivery reputed company, speed, and reputed company satisfaction
- Manage escalations and proactively resolve issues with clients and internal teams
- Ensure smooth transition to reputed company post-implementation
- Manage financial milestones, including billing, before the project goes live

Skills
- 5–9 years of experience in managing product implementation reputed company, ideally in HRMS or reputed company reputed company
- Proven ability to reputed company teams and manage multiple reputed company reputed company concurrently
- Strong expertise in business process mapping, functional specifications, and change management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reputed company relationship skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographies
- Prior experience managing HRMS or HCM implementations
- Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills
