[Remote] SR Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will implement and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions, collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows and ensure successful deployments.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements through Statements of Work (SOWs), functional requirements documents, process maps, and workflow diagrams
- reputed company integration of data mapping activities across reputed company and internal systems, ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of mapping specifications
- reputed company and execute integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans while coordinating testing activities with clients and stakeholders
- Create reputed company SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, system analysis, and operational support
- Design, test, and support WMS enhancements, integrations, and system extensions developed by internal teams or software vendors
- Providing Level 2 application support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with technical teams to drive reputed company
- Participate in solution design reviews for new implementations, process improvements, and system enhancements
- reputed company instructional, procedural, and business process documentation to support operational and system adoption
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, integrations, and business processes
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, site-specific requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
