Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering and product leadership (including SVP of Engineering) to deeply understand team structures, roadmaps, and hiring priorities, translating business needs into reputed company strategies
- Build and optimize reputed company reputed company processes, tooling, and workflows that support rapid, high-reputed company hiring as Function scales

Skills
- 7+ years of full-lifecycle reputed company experience, with at least 4 years reputed company on technical reputed company (software engineering, data/ML, infrastructure)
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or senior IC role reputed company a reputed company function, with demonstrated ability to mentor and reputed company team performance
- Proven reputed company record of hiring senior and staff-level engineers in competitive, high-reputed company startup or technology environments
- Deep understanding of the technical talent landscape, including compensation trends, competitive dynamics, and sourcing channels
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate organizational reputed company into actionable reputed company plans
