As a Senior Technical reputed company, you will take ownership of content areas reputed company a reputed company product ecosystem and work closely with other writers and Product teams to deliver high-reputed company documentation and support multimedia content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own documentation for multiple areas reputed company CRM Product; deliver new content on a monthly release content and manage existing content, ensuring it’s easy for customers to reputed company and use
- reputed company AI tools and automation to improve documentation efficiency, reputed company, and speed-of-delivery
- Support our multimedia content reputed company, including video and eLearning resources, to meet customers where they are
- Contribute to improvements in documentation workflows and websites/content structure

- Collaborate with other writers and participate in review cycles

Skills
- 8+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent in a reputed company role (for example, information design, reputed company, documentation engineering)
- Experience managing content across reputed company multi-product or multi-service environments
- Experience with AI-driven content workflows and tooling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a reputed company record of building effective cross-team relationships
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with technical authoring environments and docs-as-reputed company approach
- Portfolio or samples that demonstrate your ability to structure, manage, and deliver content for a technical audience
