Responsibilities
- Own documentation for multiple areas reputed company CRM Product; deliver new content on a monthly release content and manage existing content, ensuring it’s easy for customers to reputed company and use
- reputed company AI tools and automation to improve documentation efficiency, reputed company, and speed-of-delivery
- Support our multimedia content reputed company, including video and eLearning resources, to meet customers where they are

Skills
- 3+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent in a reputed company role (for example, information design, reputed company, documentation engineering)
- A proven ability to dive deep into reputed company technical systems independently, learning new features quickly to translate them into customer-reputed company content
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
