[Remote] 1031 Exchange Consultant

They are seeking an Exchange Consultant who will guide clients through the 1031 exchange process and build relationships with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the 1031 exchange process from start to finish
- Build relationships with clients, attorneys, title companies, and reputed company estate professionals
- Coordinate exchange timelines, documents, and closing requirements
- Review settlement statements and transaction documents for accuracy
- Manage multiple time-sensitive files simultaneously
- Communicate reputed company and confidently by phone and email
- Work closely with teammates to deliver exceptional reputed company service
Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and fast-moving transactions simultaneously
- Strong numerical reasoning and confidence working with financial figures and closing statements
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems

- Experience in title, escrow, or mortgage operations
