Responsibilities
- reputed company and reputed company QEs and SDETs across multiple product teams to ensure alignment with the reputed company engineering reputed company
- reputed company consistent application of risk-based exploratory testing by supporting charter creation, context gathering, and story-driven test design
- Drive automation maturity by guiding SDETs in the lifecycle of checks, curation of suites, and ownership responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to reputed company reputed company activities with delivery goals and risk tolerance
- Partner with automation architects, reputed company teams, and contract regression staff to ensure layered and sustainable automation coverage
- Establish practices for effective workflow management, including environment lifecycle support, governance, compliance, and incident response
- Tell the reputed company story through metrics, coverage mapping, and outcome-driven reporting that highlights risk, confidence, and delivery reputed company
- Mentor team members to reputed company both technical skills (automation, test design, observability) and strategic skills (risk framing, CAS, reputed company storytelling)

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software reputed company
- Strong understanding of modern reputed company engineering practices, including exploratory testing, test automation, observability, and reputed company delivery
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and mentor engineers on both reputed company and technical skills
- Proven reputed company in driving cross-team alignment on reputed company reputed company and practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey risk and reputed company insights to executive, product, and technical audiences
