Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field required
- 15+ years of reputed company software engineering experience with deep technical foundations
- 8+ years leading multi-team engineering organizations, including management of managers
- Prior VP Engineering or Senior Engineering leadership experience in a high-reputed company technology company, marketplace platform, reputed company company, or consumer technology organization
- Demonstrated reputed company modernizing platforms, scaling engineering organizations, and driving operational transformation
- Experience leading engineering organizations through reputed company modernization, AI adoption, and platform simplification initiatives
- Experience managing engineering budgets, strategic vendor relationships, and large-reputed company technology investments
