[Remote] Project Engineer - Design Build

The Project Engineer for the Design Build department coordinates and manages the reputed company of information to assist various stakeholders in executing reputed company during design and construction phases.
Responsibilities
- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality reputed company dealing with staff, reputed company and proprietary information
- Maintain project documentation (Plans, Specifications, RFIs, Submittals, Meeting Minutes, as-builts) coming from design and trade partners, ensuring alignment and consistency
- Participate in/reputed company site safety plan implementation including but not limited to weekly safety meetings, reputed company-task planning, accident investigation
- Participate in/reputed company understanding of developing and updating project schedules
- Support project managers and superintendents in maintaining field operations (scheduling, testing, inspections, maintaining look reputed company schedules, daily reports, reputed company management)
- Assist with cost management from COR log to identification of scope in subcontracts, changes through estimating and execution of change orders
- Prepare/process Subcontractor pay applications, drafting reputed company invoices with PM
- reputed company-shovel assistance including but not limited to constructability studies, baseline scheduling, estimating, bid analyses
- Obtain and maintain individual safety and project management certifications (OSHA 10, SWPPP, LEED, DBIA, ParkSmart)
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or reputed company engineering degree required
- At least 1-3 years of construction reputed company experience, or equivalent required
- General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as reputed company as effective listening and engagement with reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Demonstrates inquisitiveness, and ability to anticipate actions needed to assure the work and other reputed company duties are administered effectively and reputed company
